Founded in the United States in 1984, we moved our operations to Spain in 1990 and have been providing high-quality language services to our clients ever since.

Bi-Cultural is a family business dedicated to helping people communicate their innovative ideas, services, products, and dreams in a wide range of languages and cultural settings.

German Aragon has over 25 years experience in language and business skills training. He has ample international experience having traveled to over 50 countries around the world.

Mr. Aragon is a professor in the International Program in Business Administration at BES La Salle Universidad Ramon Llull in Barcelona, Spain. He has a B.A. from the University of Miami, Florida and a Masters in Education from Northeastern Oklahoma State University. He has also been awarded his DEA (Diploma for Advances Studies).

Mr. Aragon is the coordinator of the Business and the European Union Project.and is the Undergraduate Student Program Adviser at BES La Salle.

He is also a founding member of Bi-Cultural in Barcelona.

Pilar Aragon became involved in language education as a graduate student in the United States working with students from a variety of cultures. Ms. Aragon subsequently became involved in Bi-Cultural and has several decades of experience meeting the needs of a wide variety of companies and business sectors.   

Ms. Aragon has a B.A. from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and an M.S. from Tulane University. Ms. Aragon also completed a postgraduate degree at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in Educational Multimedia Design for Virtual Learning Enivironments.

​Ms. Aragon has been a university professor in various business topics, has been involved in curriculum development and teacher training, as well as intensive language program coordination for many years. Ms, Aragon is also an experienced business and legal translator and project coordinator.
